Yes! That’s what it says – We Are All Olympic Gold Medal Winners -in some fashion or another. Either you are great at your job or successful communicating with your teenage children or devote time to the politic runner of your choice. Everyone at some point in their life committed every ounce of energy- emotional, spiritual, and physical on a particular situation or event. Give yourself some credit – a pat on the back, the family hug or for some, a dinner and show. Just make sure you celebrate the successes each and every time. Rewarding yourself for a job well done tells your psychological soul it’s worth doing it again!
