Yes! That’s what it says – We Are All Olympic Gold Medal Winners -in some fashion or another. Either you are great at your job or successful communicating with your teenage children or devote time to the politic runner of your choice. Everyone at some point in their life committed every ounce of energy- emotional, spiritual, and physical on a particular situation or event.  Give yourself some credit – a pat on the back, the family hug or for some, a dinner and show. Just make sure you celebrate the successes each and every time. Rewarding yourself for a job well done tells your psychological soul it’s worth doing it again!

Here are just a few ideas for celebrating this summer:

Day trip to the beach – Movie and dessert with kids [Batman’s Dark Knight is playing in Parsippany, East Hanover, Morristown, Madison, West Orange – just to name a few] – Shakespeare Theater in Madison [great summer fun] -  Explore Jockey Hollow trails in Morristown and Morris Township.

Until then, see you at Sochi in 2014 for the Winter Olympics!
