Curious about Byram, NJ? Come check out one of its lake communities on Saturday, July 25th at 11am and cheer on those participating in the Trout n Troll Tri and the local area! Paddlers will be going across Lake Lackawanna, while bikers and runners will do their respective parts on the local trails right by the lake community! The Trout & Troll restaurant is an great place to hang out for a bite and beer while enjoying the lake.

Presented by the Lake Lackawanna Investment Company and The Trout and Troll:  

3 person teams complete a 1 mile Paddle, 8 mile Mountain-Bike, and 4 mile Trail Run over road, rail-trail and challenging trail.

> BYOB - Bring Your Own Boat & Bike (paddlers must provide their own PFD)
> $60 per Team Entry Fee - Proceeds Benefit the LLIC & F2FSCWF
> 4 Team Categories: All Male, All Female, Co-ed & Senior (Combined age 160+)
> Times and distances are not certified. This is a recreational event.

All teams must complete a registration form that must be signed by all participants. Payment can be made by cash or check, mailed or hand delivered to the Trout and Troll at 172 Lackawanna Dr., Stanhope, NJ 07874. Registration will also be available at the beach on the day of the event. All participants must check in at the beach on the day of the event to receive race numbers.
