Mendham Borough, New Jersey.
A little something about the borough.
Picturesque and quiet. Home to The Blackhorse Tavern & Pub, Dante's Ristorante and Aoyama [combination Japanese-Chinese menu]. Also home to a population of approximately 5K residents with Mendham providing the downtown center for both Mendham Boro and Mendham Twp, offering everything you need from quality grocery stores to mom-and-pop unique shops.
A lot of something about the house.
46 Mountain Ave, Mendham 07945.
Comfortable Colonial with a forgiving floor plan. Entrance foyer invites you into a spacious living room with hardwood floors and formal dining room overlooking the back yard. It has a working kitchen with sliders to the deck area and a sunken style family room boasting brick fireplace. Oh and yes, sliders from the family room to the deck for easy access and functionality of entertaining. Small power room, 2 car garage and access to enormous basement is also located off the family room/kitchen area.
Second floor has carpeting that we recommend removing to expose the hardwood floors. Master bedroom has 2 closets and bathroom with stall shower and water closet. 3 additional bedrooms and access to attic for more storage finished off the second floor.
Exterior is cedar. Substantial parking for those with a few extra vehicles :-) - Level backyard that can easily be fenced if required. Storage is never an issue at 46 Mountain Ave, Mendham. The basement is huge and can be readily converted to additional family space with flooring, ceiling and sheetrock!
